Diana Penty – The Graceful Queen of Versatility

In a world marked by ephemeral fame, some artists break the mold and etch their place in peoples' hearts—and Diana Penty is one among them. A model, actress, and a symbol of elegance, Diana's journey in the entertainment industry is as inspiring as it is glittering.

The Shift from Ramp to Reel

Born on November 2, 1985, in Mumbai, India, Diana Penty started her journey in modeling after being scouted by the Elite Model Agency. Following a successful stint in modeling that included walking the ramp for eminent designers and being the face of international brands, she made her foray into the Bollywood in 2012. Her debut film 'Cocktail', where she shone as the traditional and introverted Meera Sahni, won her praise from both audiences and critics alike.

Journey beyond Cocktail

The success of 'Cocktail' led to expectations that Diana would readily accept any follow-up movie. However, she chose to wait for roles she resonated with. This resulted in a four-year hiatus after her debut movie. She made a triumphant return to the screen in 2016 with 'Happy Bhag Jayegi', a comedy, where she played the title role of an outspoken, free-spirited Punjabi woman. Her effortless switch from the sober Meera to vibrant Happy cemented her place as a versatile actor.

Diana continued her successful journey with 'Parmanu: The Story of Pokhran.' Here, her role as an intelligence officer drew accolades from the audience.

Social Media Presence

Away from the movies, Diana has made her presence felt by maintaining an active social media profile. She constantly shares about her life, work, and the causes dear to her heart.
